Group: Foundations

Lucide outline icon by name, sized and stroked to the Visualli grid.
- Provide `name` (any key of `ICONS`), optional `size` (16/18/20/24), and `label` when the icon stands alone with meaning; otherwise it is hidden from assistive tech.
- Inherits `currentColor` — set color on the parent, never on the icon.
- Don't mix in filled or emoji icons.
