What the user brought: a file, link, video or note, with status.
- Provide `kind` (`pdf`, `url`, `video`, `text`, `image`, `notion`…), `name`, optional `meta`, `status` (`uploading` shows "Reading…", `error` says it couldn't be read) and `onRemove`.
- Shown above the Composer input and in View source.
